Gemma and John co-founded Performance Wellbeing with a vision to help people develop the tools they need to be the best they can be— at work, home, with colleagues, employers, family and friends. We firmly believe that with consistency, compassion and the right mindset, everyone can live a life with meaning and purpose, while at the same time striving for and achieving top results.
With decades of experience guiding and informing them, the Performance Wellbeing team is perfectly placed to help you reach your very best. Our trainers have played, coached and worked at the highest level. Working with a team first approach, Gemma, John and Anna, will teach you the skills –thorough their in-person training sessions– which are grounded in the science and art of positive psychology and high performance.
